  1. Learning and Development Package

    After completing Three or Four months in the Mentor‑Intern Program, all Mentor-Interns can gain access to short courses prescribed by GCF. Instead of Assessments as described in the Prospectus, we can replace that with the Learning and Development package where interns will be encouraged to choose courses aligned with their interests and career goals. This will serve as a motivational package, reinforcing continuous learning while they intern with GCF.
